Nick Agostinelli

President, Chief Operating Officer

Nick Agostinelli brings over twenty five years of hospitality leadership experience to Reliance Hotel Group. Nick is responsible for the asset management of the hospitality portfolio for Reliance’s clients and for the hotel properties owned by Reliance’s parent company. He brings executive experience from IHG, Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton, Interstate, Sunstone, Pinnacle, and IFG.

Nick is responsible for the achievement of the revenue, profit, efficiency, quality and personnel objectives of the management company and its managed hotels. He uses creative, focused goals and actions to motivate the field team and to engage them in continuous improvement in all aspects of the business plan. Nick’s key responsibilities are for direct engagement in property operations, detailed follow through and the development and implementation of policies and procedures. He collaborates with Sales, Revenue and Accounting on company implementation initiatives, ensuring support of the work in assigned areas of responsibility.

Nick guides the strategic decision making for Reliance Hotel Group, including budgeting, branding, franchise relations, owner relationships, and development and capital investments.

Nick lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his lovely wife and two daughters. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin. He enjoys spending time with family, golf and is an active member of the Knights of Columbus.


Clark Bassett

Chief Financial Officer

Clark has twenty seven years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has a broad range of experience working with IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Radisson and Starwood flags plus years of hotel acquisition expertise. Clark’s knowledge as a property controller plus his background for creating dozens of property budgets and financial profiles, bring a plethora of economic business acumen to any property’s bottom line. His fiscal and fiduciary integrity is beyond reproach.

Clark earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He resides with his wife and 4 children in Phoenix, Arizona. He is an active scout master, is involved in a variety of service and leadership positions with his church, as well as a valued member of the Phoenix Orpheus Choir.


Heather Fields

Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management

Heather has twenty five years of full-service property sales and marketing leadership. Her expertise lies in new business development and transition. Heather’s track record of developing confident, assertive, and exceedingly successful sales teams is proven through her brand experience with IHG, Hilton, Starwood, and independent properties. Driving revenue through innovative marketing and selling techniques, Heather brings a distinctive approach to optimizing revenue.

Heather is a graduate of University of Massachusetts. She spends her leisure time with her three children in addition to volunteering her time at both her church and in the local community.  Heather is also an avid runner who has completed several marathons.



Vice President, Operations

With 16 years of experience in hotel operations, Bryan is responsible for Reliance’s entire hotel operations team.  His expertise in the areas of process and product quality, which provides Reliance’s properties with consistent, concise guidelines and tools to ensure that they are operating both within their financial objectives, and meeting our guests’ needs.  In addition, Bryan provides strategic operations focus for Reliance’s continuing and growing Information Systems infrastructure.

Prior to assuming his corporate role, Bryan held management positions at several full service hotels, both independent and branded, in the Chicago, Illinois area and most recently in Phoenix, Arizona as the General Manager at the Four Points by Sheraton Phoenix North.

Bryan attended Columbia College Chicago, in Chicago, Illinois.  He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.


John Koss

Area Vice President, Operations

John currently serves as Reliance Hotel Group’s Area Vice President of Operations, providing regional support to our hotels located outside of Arizona.  John also provides hotel acquisition and transition support for both new hotels, and new management opportunities.

Prior to joining Reliance Hotel Group, John’s recent positions included Regional Director of Operations with LBA Hospitality, as well as Corporate Training Manager with MCR Development.   John’s tenure with these companies included overseeing a portfolio of Full and Focused service hotels with LBA Hospitality as well as providing corporate training for General Managers within the MCR portfolio of 90 properties located throughout the United States.  In addition, John has worked with Expotel Hospitality, Davidson Hotel Company, Sunstone Hotels, and Sage Hospitality in various roles. 

John has experience with a multitude of hotel brands including IHG, Hilton, and Marriott, as well as boutique non-branded properties.  John is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and holds degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts.   


Ronnie SIngh

Manager, Operations
